What are your store hours?

We are open Monday through Sunday, 10 AM – 5 PM,
and closed on major holidays and unforeseeable events.

Do you offer local delivery?

Yes. We provide local delivery within 100 miles of our store for items that cannot be shipped through UPS or USPS.
Delivery fees vary by distance, size, and item. Please contact us for a quote.

Do you ship items?

We ship smaller items through UPS or USPS whenever possible.
Larger or oversized items qualify for local delivery only (within 100 miles).

What kind of pieces do you carry?

We curate a thoughtful mix of:

At The Olde 1840, we offer a blend of standard shipping and local delivery to ensure your items arrive safely.

Small Item Shipping

Most small items — décor, books, textiles, accessories, and gift items — can be shipped via UPS or USPS.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

Large Item Delivery (Furniture & Oversized Pieces)

For items that cannot be shipped through UPS or USPS, we offer local delivery within 100 miles of The Olde 1840 in Granville, NY.

  • Delivery fees vary based on distance and item size
  • Delivery must be scheduled in advance
  • Delivery must be paid in full prior to the delivery date

We currently do not ship furniture outside the 100-mile radius.

Pickup

Customers may also choose free in-person pickup during regular store hours.

Returns

All sales are final. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for any shipped or delivered items.
