Our store is hosted by Shopify Inc., which provides the e-commerce platform enabling us to sell our products and services.

9. ALL SALES FINAL — NO RETURNS

By purchasing from The Olde 1840, LLC, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • All sales are final
  • No returns, refunds, or exchanges
  • Deposits and Paid Holds are non-refundable
  • Vintage, antique, and new items are sold as-is

We do not operate under mass-retailer return models.
Damage incurred after pickup or delivery is not our responsibility.

10. Shipping, Local Delivery & Fulfillment

  • Small items ship via UPS, USPS, or similar carriers
  • Large items qualify for local delivery within 100 miles of Granville, NY
  • Delivery fees apply and must be paid in advance

Once an item leaves our possession (carrier pickup or customer pickup), risk of loss transfers to the customer.

Carrier delays, damage, or issues are beyond our control.

11. Third-Party Tools & Links

Third-party tools and links are provided “as is” without warranty.
We are not responsible for third-party content, services, or damages.

12. User Submissions & Content

By submitting comments, reviews, photos, or content, you grant The Olde 1840, LLC a perpetual, royalty-free license to use, publish, and modify that content.
