Antique 28-Drawer Apothecary Cabinet Coffee Bar Kitchen Island, Circa 1900
Authentic historic character and immense storage capacity to your home with this exceptional Antique Apothecary Cabinet, styled seamlessly as a statement kitchen island, dining room sideboard, or unique entryway focal piece.
Dating back to the turn of the century, this rare multi-drawer apothecary chest features a striking, functional graduated layout. The top three tiers hold 20 individual small drawers—perfect for organizing smaller essentials—while the bottom two tiers offer 8 massive, extra-deep storage drawers. Original hardware, a rich time-worn patina, and faint historic stenciled numbering along the base highlight its industrial heritage.
Unlike standard antique card catalogs or shallow index files, this piece features a substantial 24.5-inch depth. This generous scale provides a sprawling, durable top surface and expansive internal storage space, making it a highly practical alternative to modern, mass-produced furniture.
